We're excited to announce the release of LiteAPI V3, a major update designed to streamline the API, add group booking capabilities, and simplify the process of earning and collecting money. Here’s a look at what’s new and improved in LiteAPI V3.
Key Updates and Features
1. Enhanced Hotel Search Capabilities
The endpoint for retrieving a list of hotels now supports new search options, including by latitude and longitude or by IATA code. These flexible search options make finding accommodations based on specific criteria easier than ever.
2. Improved Hotel Content
Our static content API now includes mapped rooms, making it possible to show images of specific rooms. Additionally, we have added a new endpoint for listing a hotel’s reviews. These changes provide richer and more detailed content for your customers.
3. Multi-Room Booking Capabilities
The hotel rates API has been upgraded to support multi-room bookings. You can now send a single request for multiple rooms, specifying the number of adults and children for each room. This enhancement saves time and provides greater flexibility in handling complex booking scenarios, making it ideal for group bookings.
4. Easily Integrate our Payment SDK
Our payment SDK allows you to start accepting payments immediately. The new guide on accepting user payments provides more information on how to use the payment SDK and the new `usePaymentSdk` flag.
5. Payouts and Earnings Management
Getting paid quickly is crucial for your business. Confirmed bookings are now paid out on a weekly basis. You can attach a bank account or other payment recipient to collect your earnings seamlessly. And with our overhauled pricing model, you’ll no longer worry about losing money to booking fees. Instead, by booking with our payment SDK, you receive a flat commission on each booking with no booking fees.
6. Real-Time Dashboard Metrics
Stay on top of your business with our improved dashboard metrics. Get real-time insights into your bookings, earnings, customer behaviors, and overall performance. This data empowers you to make informed decisions and optimize your operations for better results.
7. Ready-to-Use Booking Site
